Moisten under running water and apply the solid product directly to wet hair and scalp. Abundant water helps activate the product. Use a wide-toothed comb to distribute the created emulsion throughout the length of the hair. Proceed as:

COWASH: Massage and proceed with copious rinsing.
MASK: Wait 15-30 minutes and proceed with copious rinsing. Choose whether to apply only to the lengths.
BALSAMO: Apply directly to the lengths, wait 5 minutes and rinse.
