Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to Legislative Decree 22/05/1999 n.185, you have the right to cancel your entire order in writing within seven days of receipt and receiving a full refund of your payment. The cost of returning the products will be borne by the customer.

To exercise this right you must send us within 7 days of receipt of the goods a written notice to one of the following addresses:

- Email: assistenza@sensonaturale.com

- Indicating:

(a) the invoice number

b) The description and quantity of the returned products, in case of partial withdrawal

c) Your bank details to execute the refund.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with the products you have chosen, you can return them within 7 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you something in return or, if you wish, a refund, as long as the products are complete, in perfect condition, unused, unopened and with the original packaging. The cost of returning the products will be charged to the customer. An additional charge will be made (our standard shipping rates will apply) to send new products, in case of replacement.

Some products are excluded from our return policy for health and hygiene reasons. These products only can be returned, according to their legal rights, if the package security seal has not been broken.

In the event that an error has occurred during the preparation of your order, we will endeavor to correct the error in a timely manner.

If products are damaged or defective, the customer must contact SENSONATURALE.COM within 3 days of receiving the products. Damaged products must be returned properly packaged. We will endeavor to provide replacement items or a refund for matching products.
