INFORMATION NOTICE PURSUANT TO ART. 13 EU REGULATION 2016/679
In implementation of Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 we provide you with the following information:
1.Data controller.

2.Purposes of the Processing of Personal Data.
The Data Controller, with respect to the activities carried out in its store, requires, processes and stores the personal data of each Customer who:
a. Has expressed their willingness to receive from the Data Controller communications relating to promotions of events and/or of its Products by sending an email and/or by telephone call, consenting to this policy.
In this regard, the Data Controller in compliance with the EU Regulation 2016/679 and the rules applicable thereto will request, use for each Customer the different categories of personal data identified below. The different categories of personal data will be processed in such a way as to meet the above-mentioned purposes in full compliance with the protection of the rights of each Customer, as the Customer of the data itself.

3. Definition of the different types of personal data.
Each Customer in order to allow the Data Controller to perform the 'activity indicated above in point 2, will communicate the following types of data, authorizing him/her simultaneously to their processing: First Name, Last Name, Company Name, e-mail address, telephone number, IP address and all data related and connected to navigation, hereinafter defined as "personal data".

4.Legal Basis for the Processing of Personal Data.
4.1 The Data Controller will process the aforementioned types of personal data of the Customer who has given consent to receive communications related to event and/or Product promotions by sending an e-mail and/or by telephone call. Legal Basis: Consent.
4.2 Personal data will be processed manually and/or computerized and stored on both paper and automated media. Personal data will not be transferred and/or sold to third parties. Personal data will not be transmitted to organizations and/or to countries outside the European Union, nor will it be subject to profiling.

5.Period of retention of personal data.
For each Customer who has expressed a willingness to receive communications regarding promotions of events and/or its Products by sending an e-mail and/or by telephone call, the data mentioned above in point 3. will be processed and retained from the date of acceptance for a period of 2 (two) years until the Customer's last expression of interest. This period will start from the date of signing this notice.

6.Rights.
Each Customer has the right to exercise his/her rights by sending a written request sent by e-mail: assistenza@sensonaturale.com :

- Right to Access Personal Data.
- Right to Rectification and Integration of Personal Data.
- Right to the Deletion of Personal Data.
- Limitation of the Processing of Personal Data.
- Obligation of notification by the Data Controller of the Processing of Personal Data.
- Customer's right to object.
- Right to portability of Personal Data.
- Customer's right to appeal to the supervisory authority.

APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION

Any contract of sale concluded between the Seller and Consumers under these general conditions of sale shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Italian laws and in particular by Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005, on the Consumer Code, with specific reference to the regulations on distance contracts and by Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce. In the event that the purchasing party does not qualify as a Consumer, pursuant to these terms and conditions, the dispute will be exclusively referred to the Court of Rimini.
